Customer satisfaction and the quality of MALE products are important to us.

Due to the personal-care and cosmetic nature of our products, and for health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following conditions apply to returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before it has been handed over to the delivery company.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and will depend on the shipment status and the delivery company’s policy.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible and provide your order number.

Eligible Return or Exchange Cases

Please contact us if:

You receive a product different from what you ordered.
Your product arrives damaged.
The product has a clear defect upon delivery.
Items are missing from your order.

Please contact customer care as soon as the issue is discovered and provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging when requested.

After reviewing the case, we may replace the product, issue a refund, or provide another appropriate solution, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Opened or Used Products

MALE products are personal-care products intended for individual use.

For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used are generally not eligible for return simply because the customer has changed their mind.

Exceptions may apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect products, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Cases Not Covered

Returns or exchanges do not cover damage resulting from:

Misuse of the product.
Failure to follow usage instructions.
Improper storage.
Damage occurring after delivery as a result of customer handling or use.
Variation in Results

Results from skincare products may vary from person to person depending on skin type, method of use, frequency of use, and other individual factors.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.
